Don't call me "designer"
Strategist, consultant, director of this and that. Something with “experience” in it (it’s particularly cool when you just spell it with an “X”). It's the creative industry and so we make up our titles.
Call us whatever you want, but not “designers.”
We don’t use that word anymore. It’s demeaning to the people who can’t accept that there’s no ladder to climb; you're born a designer, and you'll die a designer.
