I drink a glass of wine, maybe two; a bottle in a week, at most. Yeah, perhaps a cocktail when I meet friends on the weekends, just to be social. A little dessert, but not that often. Oh, and I love pizza! Once a week, but I must have it; deprivation is just as unhealthy, right? Potato chips are my weakness, but I don’t eat them every day, of course. Processed food is definitely bad for you; I only eat it once in a while when I’m not in the mood for cooking and need a quick bite.
You can see where this is going. Everything, moderation ... you can only pick one.
