Five questions to ask your team at the start of any project:

• What needs to happen?

• In what order?

• What tools do we need?

• How long do we need?

• Who does what?

There’s no one person in a team that can answer all five— consultants, managers, founders, and execs are no exception—and interviewing functions one by one is incredibly inefficient. So get everybody together, it doesn’t need to be another zoom call.
