Most people think that given enough options they’d be able to find a solution.
They’re delusional.
In fact, the opposite is often true: give them enough options and they may very well drown in them.
Fishing the solutions out of a sea of options takes a trained eye, while everybody and their goldfish can provide you with options (and they’re all being replaced by cheap software as we speak).
Besides, it doesn’t even matter how big your net is, because you may catch a thousand options yet not one solution.
Ok, enough fishing metaphors.
