Everyone wants their people to have the guts to speak up. Everyone wants their people to have the guts to do what’s right. That’s very noble but also hypocritical if you’re asking us to be ready to jump in front of a train just to get your attention.
Instead, listen in a way that makes it easy for everyone to speak up. Foster an environment in which everyone is empowered to do what’s right.
