Running never stuck with me. Even when I would go out inspired, I would end up crawling my way back, panting and defeated in a matter of minutes.
I have found out that the simple fix is to just slow down, even walk if you need, catch your breath, start running again, repeat. You’ll avoid injuries and soon enough won’t even need to pause anymore.
If you ever tried something that inspired you but didn’t succeed, it may just be that you weren’t pacing yourself correctly. Try again, start from the basics, take it slow, walk if you need, enjoy the views.
