Move learning forward

When you think of moving projects forward you probably think of checklists, the hustle, the tactics. Of course, you need those, but they can distract you with their false sense of accomplishment and lead you too far astray when they become an end in themselves.

To avoid falling into that trap, instead of trying to get as much as possible done to move the project forward, focus on getting just enough done to move the learning forward.
