The prison of strength
Play to your strengths as much as you can, assuming you know what they are, of course. Do what you have to find out if you don’t.
Using your strengths should feel effortless, good, and energizing. And it seems that the more you can use your strengths, the happier you are.
The irony is that designing a life around your strengths will likely require you to challenge yourself with things you don’t have a flair for in the most decisive moments.
