What do I know? It’s too hard a question! May I suggest you break it down into smaller questions that are easier to answer?
Here are some ideas to get you started:
Is it making you happier or more miserable overall?
Why did you get yourself into this, and are you making any progress towards it?
Is it the whole thing you want to quit or just some part of it? Can you just change the part you want to quit?
Could you spend this time and energy on more meaningful things?
