What do I know? It’s too hard a question! May I suggest you break it down into smaller questions that are easier to answer?

Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Is it making you happier or more miserable overall?

  • Why did you get yourself into this, and are you making any progress towards it?

  • Is it the whole thing you want to quit or just some part of it? Can you just change the part you want to quit?

  • Could you spend this time and energy on more meaningful things?
