Most of the people I work with I have never seen face to face. Relationships like these are increasingly common, but how can anybody be trusted and held accountable in a world like that?

I think it works much the same way as it always did in person, and It’s a classic chicken and egg scenario. You need to trust people if you want to hold them accountable, and a person that has proven to be accountable is easy to trust.

Trust is the only key to this virtuous cycle.
